Making forged evidence expensive again

ScopeFlow is an EU-based AI company founded by Shahzaib Ali, a data and AI engineer based in Berlin, Germany. We build AI security agents that detect forged and AI-generated documents, images and data, for embassies, consulates, visa centres and migration authorities, and for companies that make decisions on documents other people send them.

Generative AI turned forgery from a craft into a commodity. A realistic bank statement, payslip or ID photo now takes minutes. At the same time, most organisations still check documents the way they did ten years ago: one person, one file, one pair of tired eyes. The fraud that matters most, organised networks re-using the same templates, sponsors and addresses, is invisible at that scale.

Our background is in data infrastructure: building and operating pipelines that move messy data from many sources into systems an organisation can trust. That turns out to be exactly what fraud detection needs. Forensic signals per document are half the job; linking evidence across thousands of cases, reliably and explainably, is the other half.

We work in pilots, inside our customers' networks, on their own confirmed cases. That is slower than a flashy demo and much more convincing.
