Terms
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and form the general framework for services and digital products offered by Shahzaib Ali (ScopeFlow, Berlin). Pilots, licences and engineering engagements are governed by an individual written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
2. Website and live demo
The website and the in-browser forensic demo are provided free of charge and without guarantee of availability. The demo runs a limited set of checks on your own device. Its results are indications for further inspection, not a verdict on whether a document is genuine, and must not be the sole basis for any decision about a person.
3. Pilots and services
Pilots and services are scoped and priced individually and confirmed in writing before work begins. ScopeFlow's fraud detection supports human decision-makers and does not make automated decisions about individuals; responsibility for each decision remains with the customer.
4. Digital products
Where digital products are offered, they are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which handles payment and VAT. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins with your express consent, in line with EU consumer law. Products are licensed for your own use; resale and redistribution are not permitted.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
6. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
