SPECIMENRESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
Between JOANA MODELO, taxpayer no. 999100001, hereinafter the Landlord, and K. EXEMPLO, hereinafter the Tenant, the following lease is agreed.

How it works
The batch is the unit of analysis
Normalise before you match
“Tv. das Amostras 14 2ºEsq.” and “Travessa das Amostras, 14, 2 E” are the same flat. Addresses, IBANs, tax numbers and phones are reduced to one canonical form before anything is compared.
Compare documents, not just fields
Contracts are compared with names, numbers and dates masked, so two copies of one template show up as identical. Shared typos and near-identical signatures are fingerprints of the same author.
Explain every link
Co-tenants, families and published model contracts create innocent links. Each link carries its reason, and clusters are routed to a person for joint review.
